We had a reprint of the article, though not the journal. The Journal of Experimental Medicine was up at the medical school. I also have a written record because I was so impressed by the article that I wrote a note about it on January 20, 1945, and that I have saved and it’s on the web site.

It turned out that very little stuff was extracted. We had worked together on an experiment, in which we took one of our large batches and went through the salt procedure.
